கோளாறை இத்தனை சீக்கிரமாச் சரி செஞ்சதுக்கு நன்றிங்க.

நம்ம பக்கத்து வீட்டுக் குழந்தைகளும் ,’மாஸ்க்’ போட்டுக்கிட்டு வந்தவுடன்,
நான் அடையாளம் தெரியாதது போல ஒரு ‘அதிர்ச்சி’ காட்டுவேன். அதுலெ
அவுங்களுக்கு ஒரு சந்தோஷம். கூடவே வரும் அவுங்க வீட்டுப்பூனையைப்
பார்த்தால்தான் சிரிப்பு வந்துரும்:-)))

For me too..

When i tried to re register my blog, i get “URL already exists” error message. I’m really clueless on whom to contact and how to solve the issue and unfortunately this issue lasts for more than 20 days. Also it is really unfortunate tht i didnt get atleast an acknowledgement mail for the 2-3 mails posted to the admin reg the issue. Any helping hands ???

P.S: Team, my real intention is not to complain and i’m not underestimating ur efforts.I just want to convey my opinion in solving this issue and hence no need to publish this comment

If you have noticed the e-mails thamizmaNam administrator sent to you within the past two months it is a little stretched accuse. ThamizhmaNam Tech group and ThamizmaNam admistrator have been trying their level best to resolve the problem. Your feedback here is more or less the same as what you posted two weeks back. It is not fair to make such stretched accusation. While thamizmaNam is trying its level best to satisfy the bloggers, it is saddening to see some portrays it unfairly. ThamizmaNam can easily discard some decisive, calculated and vicious annonymous attacks as any blogger with rational mind can understand the baseless flames by anonymous people. However when a registered blogger makes an impression as thamizmaNam is not responding, it saddens a lot.

As the Administrator, I can not post all our correspondence here to maintain our correspondence in private as much as possible. However I wish to remind you that we corresponded diretly on 19th Oct, and the tech support sent two follow ups on 23rd and 26th of Oct before I got your last mil on 30th Oct.

Thanks again for the response.

Let me clarify my point.

I got the mail from you my (thamizmanam admin) dated on 19th and i’ve responded to tht mail immediately on the same day and then a followup on oct 30th. But i didnt receive any mails from you or techsupport after that except your today’s the fwded mail. I’m not sure whether there is any issue in receiving mails for my gmail account.

But i repeat and stress it again tht my real intention is not complaining ur service and i understand and value ur volunteered efforts which cannot be expected even from some paid services. Thts y i mentioned tht there is no need to publish my comment in my previous post.

Btw reg. the issue, I’ve mailed u separately
